Tennis
“Tennis is a great path to fitness”, Mark says in encouraging people who are
bored with gyms and exercise machines to improve their game to get and stay in shape.
A USPTR certified tennis pro, Mark teaches anyone from age 3 and up. With a specialty
in teaching kids, as a coach and in groups, some of his kids have gone on to be ranked
tournament players. But whether for fitness, professional tournament training, camps or
groups, Mark uses dynamic exercises, clear and thoughtful encouragement and approved
methods for getting the most out of your tennis experience.
